    At Mr. Mobile Care (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


    1. Eligibility for Refund

    We offer refunds under the following conditions:

    The product is defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery.

    The product is returned in its original condition, unused, with all accessories, packaging, and invoice.

    A valid complaint is submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.

    Note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, used products, or software-related issues in hardware unless covered under warranty.


    2. Non-Refundable Items

    Refunds will not be issued for:

    Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling

    Services already rendered (e.g., diagnostics, repairs, etc.)

    Sale or clearance items marked as “non-refundable”

    Mobile accessories like handsfree, cables, screen protectors (if opened/used)


    3. Refund Process

    1. Initiate a Request: Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery via phone, WhatsApp, or email with your order number and issue details.

    2. Product Inspection: Return the item to our store or arrange pickup. Our team will inspect the product condition.

    3. Approval/Denial: Once inspected, we will inform you if your refund is approved or not.

    4. Refund Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, via your original payment method or bank transfer.


    4. Exchange Option

    In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer:

    Product replacement

    Store credit

    Free repair (if under warranty)


    5. Delivery Charges

    Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

    If a pickup is arranged for a return, a service fee may apply unless it's a mistake from our side.
